Vast arid region with white dunes on hundreds of hectares, that one could take for sand dunes but which are a succession of undulations with the whitish color pointing out our distant and inaccessible Ergs of the big Moroccan south.

Agafay is an amazing site at the gates of the red city. On the way, the massif of the High Atlas stands out as a backdrop while we may come across a mule driver or a small oasis where a few families continue to occupy this austere but so beautiful land.

After a slight trip in time… nestled in the hollow of an arid valley, in the heart of the Agafay desert, this hidden jewel of the ochre city, spreads out to a wadi inhabited by frogs and turtles.

Agafay Experience welcomes you for your evening dinner show under tents decorated with refinement, you will be offered traditional dishes, served in a friendly atmosphere of southern Morocco.

The dinner at agafay is simple, but tasty. It is served under large tents illuminated with candles, to the bewitching rhythms of Gnaoua musicians, belly dancing and others…

Program of the Dinner and show in the Agafay desert

• Departure from your place of residence in Marrakech around 17:00. (40mn drive).
• Arriving at the Agafay desert you will start with a welcome tea and then you can make a small tour of the place.
• Towards the sunset you will settle under the nomad tents around a campfire and a traditional atmosphere of the Moroccan south.
• A welcome tea is offered.
• Traditional Moroccan dinner under a caidal tent with starter, main course and dessert.
• Moroccan show with traditional music (belly dancer, guitarist, African dance, fire-eaters and Gnaoua music…).
• Aromatic hookah break (extra charge).
• Return to your place of residence in Marrakech around 23h00.
• Children between 0 and 3 years old are free.
• Children between 3 and 12 years old pay half price.
